Characteristic of the process:
efficiency of using rollers is to the effect that on working surface of circle the profile of future detail is copied with the help of roller and then by simple cutting of grinding circle in the model with a usage of redial (diametrical) feed in countable seconds (as the machining spreads over the detail, passing turning, milling and other types of operation.

Technical characteristics and main sizes:
Rollers are manufactured according to the drowings agreed with the customer.
Configuration of profile is unlimited.
There are some limitation to general dimension: width (hight of roller) should be no more than 150mm, diameter of roller 110-120 mm.
Angle roller are produced both one-and two-sided from module 1.5 to 8.0.
