Diamond sticks on metallopolymer base for high-productive honing
1. Main purpose:
honing of working surface of bush sleeves, pulleys of cilinders and bushings
of internal-combustion engines (ICE), diesel and starting engines and also
other details of machines and mechanisms.

This tool is produced in a kind of pulley-sticks based on high-modulus metallopolymer connection of grades BC12, BC13 and low-modulus antifriction self-lubricated polymer connection of grade B2-04.

It is possible to agree with user producing of pulley-sticks of other typosizes and with another quantity of sticks in a pulley. Stick body is made of tough-elastic metallopolymer composite providing necessary bearing hardness for diamond layer. Pulley can be cut on separate sticks.
3. Advantages:
possibility of stable providing of heeded macrogeometry, roughness of surface Ra=0,8...0,9 mkm and depth of lines ("pockets" for oil) Rt=10...15 mkm, which is up to the technical requirements;
increasing of productivity of machining to 30%;
firmness of sticks on polymer base in 80-150 times higher than in analogues in the same quality of honing.
